2023 Mahashivarathri events

Shiva Dasha Sahasranama: Feb 8 - Feb 17 

A unique 10,000 names archana for Lord Shiva leading upto Maha Shivaratri. Every day from Feb 18th, 1000 names would be recited concluding on Feb 27th. Sponsors would automatically become a kalasam sponsor on Maha Shivaratri day and receive a Silver bilva leaf on Shivaratri day.  Sponsorship $501/-

Feb 8th– 11th, Feb 14th - 16th : 6:30pm

Feb 12-13 and Feb 7th: 6:00pm

On Feb 18th evening you will need to show email receipt or printed receipt. Temperature checks can be performed randomly and admittance can change depending on pandemic conditions during Shivaratri

Rudra Krama Archana which is performed to Lord Shiva where each word of Sri Rudram is offered as a Namavali

Sponsorship Events on Feb 18th:

Full day sponsorship: $101. Can visit the temple either in the morning or evening. Visit limited to 2 adults per sponsorship  

Ekadasa Rudra Japa Parayanam & Vishesha Dravya Abhishekam: $51.  This sponsorship will be only online.  Sponsors for this abhishekam can visit temple before 5pm due to current pandemic situation. Abhishekam  will be on livestream from 6:30pm (link: https://www.chinmayavrindavan.org/live )

Morning (9:30am) Abhishekam: $51

Noon (12:00pm) Abhishekam: $51

Sponsors for this can visit temple at the specific abhishekam times. Both abhishekams will also be on livestream.
