  • Defining the Vedas as the source of Hindu culture, explaining the relevance to today's social and individual problems
  • Topics discussed are the symbolism of idols, the cultural role of temples, the symbolic meaning of Hindu deities, Hindu festivals, Dharma, vegetarianism, the four Varnas, the Mahabharta and the Puranas
